INDICATIONS:

De-Tuz is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of Common cold, Cough, Sore throat, Stuffed nose, Chest congestion, Body aches, Catarrh & Lung problems. De-Tuz liquify the thick mucus and thin bronchial secretions to make cough more productive.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Solanum xanthocarpum: It is helpful in treating respiratory disorders like bronchial asthma, cough and bronchitis. Terminalia bellirica: It is used to protect the liver and to treat respiratory conditions, including respiratory tract infections, cough and sore throat. Ephedra vulgaris: It is used for allergies and hay fever nasal congestion and respiratory tract conditions such as bronchospasm, asthma and bronchitis. It is also used for cold, flu, swine flu, fever, chills, headache, inability to sweat, joint and bone pain, and as a “water pill” to increase urine flow in people who retain fluids. Ocimum sanctum: It is used for the common cold, influenza (“the flu”), H1N1 (swine) flu, diabetes, asthma, bronchitis, earache, headache, stomach upset, heart disease, fever, viral hepatitis, malaria, stress and tuberculosis. Hyoscyamus niger: Henbane contains chemicals, such as hyoscyamine and scopolamine, which might relax the muscles lining of the digestive tract. Henbane might also relieve muscle tremors and have a calming effect. Adhatoda vasica: It is used to loosen chest congestion, open the breathing tubes (bronchi) and treat spasms. Glycyrrhiza glabra: The chemicals contained in licorice are thought to decrease swelling, thin mucus secretions, decrease cough and increase the chemicals in our body that heal ulcers. Yavakshar: it contains potassium bicarbonate hence provides potassium which helps relief muscle cramps. Hippophae rhamnoides: Sea buckthorn contains Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C and other active ingredients. It might have some activity against stomach and intestinal ulcers, and heartburn symptoms. Vitamins contained in this herb helps body to overcome infections.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

As directed by the Doctor. Children Dose:
1 teaspoon 2 -3 times a day.
Adult Dose: 2 teaspoons 2 -3 times a day.

ADVERSE DRUG REACTIONS:

Nausea, rapid heartbeat and restlessness may occur.
